We provide the customers the right to cancel the service request if they have a genuine reason for canceling. The decision of refund will be based on the below mentioned refund policy:
In order to get a complete refund, kindly cancel your order within 2 days from date of purchase of the service.
After cancellation of the service we will refund the amount within 14 days from the date of cancellation.
There is no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
- you have changed your mind;
- you made a mistake in selecting the service;
- you do not have sufficient expertise in the selected service;
- you do not have enough spare time for the course pursual.
Refunds will be paid using the same channel of purchase to the account provided during the service request.
Customers may request for cancellation within 5 days from date of purchase if:
- Customer did not receive the email / link within 3 working days.
- Customer received an incorrect / invalid link.
Note: Admission once cancelled will not be re-considered and fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
